Perry Jaicks is a seasoned veteran of the construction industry, known for his exceptional leadership skills both among his crew and within the realm of contracting. With a career spanning decades, Perry has honed his craft and earned a reputation as a respected figure in the field.

Having personally overseen the construction of his own home, Perry showcases a remarkable talent for envisioning and executing intricate designs. His creative eye and meticulous attention to detail set him apart, earning admiration from peers and clients alike.

Now enjoying a well-deserved retirement, Perry finds joy in spending quality time with his grandchildren, delighting in the boundless energy and curiosity they bring. Ever the patriarch, he remains actively involved in supporting and guiding his grown children, instilling in them the values of hard work and perseverance.

In his leisure time, Perry indulges his passion for automotive restoration, channeling his expertise into breathing new life into classic cars. With a distinguished career spanning over nearly two decades, the current President of LISCO, based in Fairfield, Iowa, has been at the helm since January 2021. In this role, he is responsible for defining the company’s strategic direction, overseeing the entire workforce, managing budgets, and ensuring resources are effectively allocated. His leadership extends to maintaining accountability to both shareholders and the local communities.

Prior to leading LISCO, he served as Vice President of Business Development at the same company from March 2015 to January 2021. His keen insights into business development significantly contributed to LISCO’s growth and expansion during this period.

His expertise in international markets is highlighted by his tenure as Director of International Business Development at ChinaCache in Beijing from June 2014 to January 2015. Here, he played a critical role in developing business strategies for the Asian markets.

Before his time at ChinaCache, he was an Intern at McKinsey & Company in Beijing, from December 2013 to February 2014. During his internship, he collaborated with global experts to design and implement new business processes for a leading real estate company, focusing on property management and IT systems integration.

From August 2012 to November 2013, he was the Manager of Marketing and Operations at Rising Sun Investment Company in Beijing. He was instrumental in restructuring the organization, leading strategic initiatives, and driving both financial and eco-friendly project successes.

His initial consultancy period at LISCO from May 2009 to May 2012 saw him leading a diverse team to overhaul operational processes, enhancing efficiency and contributing significantly to a 50% revenue growth through innovative market strategies.

He also served as a Financial Analyst and Supervisor at Trillium Trading LLC in Miami Beach, Florida, from September 2005 to April 2009, where he managed client investments and passed multiple SEC certifications.

Earlier in his career, as a Project Manager at LTDS in Fairfield, Iowa, he played a pivotal role in transitioning the company into a leading telecommunications provider.

Paul Stokstad is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in web marketing and design. He currently serves as a Partner at DuckByte LLC, a dynamic web design agency known for its innovative use of AI toolsets in creating visual and verbal content for both B2B and B2C clients. At DuckByte, he also leads a side venture that encompasses a manga-themed dystopian story, complete with website print-on-demand products, digital and print book publication, and launches of both games and NFTs.

Before founding DuckByte, Paul operated Stokstad Online from 2000 to 2023, where he offered comprehensive web marketing consulting. His expertise covered site design, copywriting, usability studies, ad campaigns, and search engine optimization for a diverse clientele including retail and nonprofit sectors. His work has consistently enhanced client engagement and business growth through strategic digital marketing solutions.

Paul’s extensive background also includes a significant tenure at MIU.edu, where he was pivotal in multiple roles. From June 2016 to November 2022, he served as a Web Technologist, overseeing major website overhauls and digital marketing strategies, and from October 2010 to June 2016, he was the Web Marketing Manager, transforming the institution’s online presence.

His early career was marked by roles at prominent organizations like Genetic ID and NewspaperARCHIVE.com, where he managed large-scale web projects and online marketing campaigns. His technical skills are broad, with proficient use of tools such as WordPress, Figma, Google Analytics, and various CRM platforms.

Paul is also an experienced educator, having taught undergraduate and graduate courses in web marketing, advertising, and professional writing at both MIU and Kirkwood Community College.

With a Master’s in English from the University of Iowa, an MA in the Science of Creative Intelligence from MIU and a lifelong commitment to continuous learning and teaching, Paul Stokstad blends creative expression with digital innovation to drive forward-thinking web solutions.
